Fried Rice Noodles with Beef and Vegetables

FRIED RICE NOODLES WITH BEEF AND VEGETABLES
















Ingredients :
3 tbsp. vegetables oil/olive oil
4 cloves garlic,peeled,minced
1 coin size piece of ginger, peeled, minced
2 medium tomatoes,cored, and cut into cubes
2 stalk bok choy, chopped
1 lb. rice noodles
250 gr top round steak, cut into 2"x1" pieces
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp fish oil
salt n pepper to taste

Method :
- Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and ginger and sauté, stirring often, for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes. Season to taste with salt,sesame oil, and fish oil sauté for 2 more minutes. Add meat and cook for 2 minutes. Add bok choy and stirr. Vegetables should be cooked but still crisp.


- Put rice noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water until just soft, about 1 minutes. Drain noodles.


- Transfer rice noodles add to meat mixture in pan. Cook for 1 minute, tossing noodles with vegetables and meat. Season with soy sauce and pepper.
- Serve garnished with cilantro.
