Spaghetty with Chicken on Tomatoes Based Sauce

The sweetness of the fresh tomatoes here really complements its flavor beautifully and make this a perfect pasta dish for lunch, dinner, or casual family gathering.















Ingredients :
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lb spaghetti 
4 cup water
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 medium fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
salt n pepper to taste

Method :
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until just al dente, about 11 minutes. Drain the pasta in a colander, reserving 1 cup of the cooking water, and set aside.
- While the water is heating and the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, tomatoes cubes, 1/2 teaspoon salt, garlic powder, and black pepper, and cook until the vegetables are soft, about 3 minutes. Add the chicken cubes and cook, about, 3 minutes. Add the italian seasoning, and cook for 1 minute longer.
- Add the cooked pasta and the reserved cooking water, and stir gently to combine. Simmer just until everything is heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a large serving bowl. Drizzle with the extra-virgin olive oil, and serve immediately.
